SiteHarbor Services is a trade name (DBA) of BRANDARC LLC. References to "SiteHarbor Services," "we," "our," and "us" throughout these Terms and Conditions refer to BRANDARC LLC.
BRANDARC LLC operates an SMS messaging program that sends quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, crew arrival times, job completion updates, and customer support communications to customers who have requested a quote or booked service through siteharborservices.com or our quote forms and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the same number that sent you messages. After you send "STOP," we will send you an SMS to confirm you've been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be revised after an on-site assessment. Scheduling is subject to weather, crew availability, and site access. You are responsible for providing safe access to the property, securing pets, and identifying irrigation heads, underground utilities, and other hazards.
By booking service with SiteHarbor Services, you give BRANDARC LLC permission to photograph and video the outside of your property and the work we do there, including holiday lighting, and to use those images on our website, social media, online ads, and printed marketing. You will not be paid for this use.
Before any image is published, we remove or blur house numbers, street signs, license plates, security company signs, and anything else that could identify the address or the people who live there. We never publish your name or address with a photo unless you give us a separate written OK.
You can say no at any time. Tell us at the walkthrough, in writing on your quote or service agreement, or by emailing service@siteharborservices.com. We will stop using photos of your property and take them down from our website and social pages within 10 business days.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at service@siteharborservices.com if you suspect unauthorized account use.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate or unlawful.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Nueces County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
