Pool Cleaning & Chemical Service
Weekly pool service with chemicals included, built for coastal heat and wind.

A pool on the Texas coast works harder than a pool anywhere inland. Long hot summers, relentless sun, wind-blown sand and leaves, salt in the air, sunscreen in the water and sudden heavy rain all push chemistry around fast. A pool that tested fine on Sunday can be cloudy by Thursday and green by the weekend.
Our pool program is weekly, year-round, with chemicals included in the monthly price. We test and balance, brush, skim, vacuum as needed, empty baskets and check equipment every visit — so problems get caught while they are still cheap to fix.
What’s included
- Water testing and chemical balancing every visit — chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer, hardness
- All standard chemicals included in the monthly rate
- Skimming the surface and vacuuming as needed
- Brushing walls, steps and waterline
- Emptying skimmer and pump baskets
- Filter pressure check and backwash or clean as needed
- Pump, heater and salt-cell inspection with issue reporting
- Salt-system support and cell cleaning
Who it’s for
Homeowners who want the pool swim-ready every weekend without hauling chemicals, and second-home and vacation-rental owners who need the pool right when guests arrive.
What it costs
$359 per month for a spa or small pool, $429 per month for a standard pool up to about 15,000 gallons, $529 per month for a large pool or one under heavy tree cover. Add $49 per month for saltwater systems. Twice-weekly summer service is available. Bundle with lawn service and save 10% on the combined monthly.
Questions
Why does my Corpus Christi pool keep turning green?+
Warm water plus strong sun burns chlorine off fast, and wind-blown sand, organic debris, phosphates and sunscreen all feed algae. When chemistry drifts even slightly for a few days in July, algae takes hold. Consistent weekly testing is what prevents it — reactive shocking after the fact costs far more in chemicals.
Are chemicals really included?+
Yes. Standard weekly chemicals are in the monthly rate, so your bill does not spike in August. Specialty treatments — a phosphate remover, a stain treatment, a heavy algae recovery on a pool we did not maintain — are quoted separately before we do them.
Do you service saltwater pools?+
Yes, including cell inspection and cleaning and salt-level management. Salt pools still need testing and balancing weekly; the generator handles sanitizer, not chemistry.
Can you get an already-green pool back?+
Usually. That is a one-time recovery service quoted after we see it, not a regular weekly visit — and we credit it toward your first month if you start a weekly program with us.
