Pressure Washing & Exterior Cleaning
Driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, fences and soft-wash house cleaning.

On the Coastal Bend, concrete does not stay clean. Salt air, humidity and shade grow a green-black film on driveways and pool decks, and wind-blown grit works it into the surface until the whole property reads as tired even when the yard is cut.
SiteHarbor pressure washes hard surfaces and soft washes anything that should never take high pressure — siding, stucco, painted trim, roofs and screens. Most homes are a half-day job, and it is the single fastest change you can make to how a property looks.
What’s included
- Driveways, sidewalks, entryways and curbs
- Patios, pool decks and coping
- Soft-wash house washing — siding, stucco, brick, painted trim
- Fences, gates and retaining walls
- Rust, irrigation stain, oil-spot and gum treatment
- Gutter face brightening and downspout exteriors
- Screens, porches, railings and outdoor kitchens
- Pre-treatment for mold, mildew and algae so it stays clean longer
- Plants pre-wet and rinsed, water use and runoff handled
Who it’s for
Homeowners who want the property to look maintained again, listings going on the market, and anyone already on a lawn or pool program who wants washing added once or twice a year.
What it costs
Quoted flat per property by measured square footage and surface type — no hourly meter. Concrete-only jobs are the least expensive; house wash plus concrete is the common package. Annual or semiannual washing on an existing lawn or pool program is discounted and scheduled with your route, so nobody has to be home.
Questions
What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?+
Pressure washing uses high pressure and is right for concrete, pavers, brick and fences. Soft washing uses low pressure with a cleaning solution and is what should be used on siding, stucco, painted surfaces, screens and roofs — high pressure on those forces water behind the surface and strips paint.
How often should a Corpus Christi driveway be washed?+
Once a year for most homes, twice for shaded or north-facing concrete and pool decks, which grow algae fastest in this humidity.
Do you use my water?+
Yes, from an outside spigot, which is standard. Usage on a typical home job is a small fraction of a month’s bill, and we handle runoff so nothing pools against the foundation or gets into beds.
Will it damage my concrete, paint or plants?+
No. Pressure and tip selection are matched to the surface, plants are pre-wet and rinsed, and anything delicate is soft washed. If a surface is already failing — flaking paint, spalling concrete — we tell you before we start, not after.
Do I need to be home?+
No, as long as we can reach an outside water spigot and gates are unlocked. Most washing jobs are done while clients are at work.
Can washing be bundled with my lawn or pool service?+
Yes, and that is the cheapest way to buy it — it goes on your annual plan at a set month, on one invoice with everything else.
Do you do house washing in Corpus Christi, or just driveways?+
Both. Most house washing in Corpus Christi is really soft washing: siding, stucco, brick, eaves and screens are cleaned with low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills the mildew and salt-air film instead of blasting it, then rinsed. Driveways, walks, patios and fences get pressure washing. One visit can cover the house and the flatwork together. More detail in our house soft washing guide.

Questions we get every week
How often should a Coastal Bend home be washed?
Most homes here need a soft wash every 12 to 18 months because salt aerosol keeps shaded walls and fences damp, and driveways and pool decks benefit from annual cleaning. HOA and commercial common areas are usually quarterly.
Do you high-pressure wash roofs?
No. Roofs are soft washed only, per ARMA guidance, to avoid stripping shingle granules.
Can washing be added to my monthly program?
Yes. Exterior washing can be scheduled inside a lawn or pool program so it lands on one flat monthly invoice.
