Christmas Light Installation
Professional holiday lighting — designed, installed, maintained, taken down and stored.

Nobody on the Coastal Bend actually wants to be on a ladder in December. Roof lines here are hot, high and windy, and the lights that go up in a hurry are the ones that come loose in the first north wind.
SiteHarbor installs holiday lighting as a full-season service: we design the layout with you, use commercial-grade LED product cut to fit your roof line, install it with clips rather than staples or nails, keep it working all season, then take it down and store it for next year.
What’s included
- On-site design consultation and layout for your roof line and landscape
- Commercial-grade LED lighting, custom-cut to fit
- Roof line, peak, gable, eave and gutter installation with non-damaging clips
- Wreaths, garland, columns, trees, palms and walkway lighting
- Timers and power management set up and tested
- In-season maintenance — a bulb or section out gets fixed, no charge
- Takedown after the holidays at a scheduled time
- Off-season storage of your lighting, labeled for your property
Who it’s for
Homeowners who want the whole thing handled, and offices, retail centers, restaurants and HOA entrances that want the property to look done for the season.
What it costs
Quoted per property from the roof line and the design — measured at a free consultation. First-season installs include the product; later seasons cost less because the lighting is already cut to your property and in our storage. Commercial properties are bid by scope. Book by October for the best install dates.
Questions
When should I book Christmas lights in Corpus Christi?+
October. Installs run from early November and the good weekends go first. Waiting until after Thanksgiving usually means a mid-December date.
Whose lights are used — mine or yours?+
Ours, and that is deliberate: commercial-grade LED strands cut to your roof line hold up to coastal wind and salt far better than big-box sets, and we warranty them for the season. We can install lighting you already own, but without the same guarantee.
Will the installation damage my roof or gutters?+
No. We use clips designed for shingles and gutters — never staples, nails or screws through roofing material.
What happens if a section goes out in December?+
You call and we come fix it at no charge. That is part of the season price; a dark section is the whole reason people stop doing this themselves.
Do you take the lights down and store them?+
Yes. Takedown is scheduled in January and we store your lighting labeled by property, so next season is a single call and a faster, cheaper install.
